Terms of service

These terms apply to use of evixtion.com and any service offered by Hardwave Studios (KvK 82826757) under the trade names Evixtion Recordings and Evixtion Bookings.

1. Booking enquiries

An enquiry submitted via the booking form is a request for a quote — not a binding agreement. A booking only becomes binding once both parties have signed a written booking contract specifying date, fee, technical rider, and cancellation terms.

2. Booking contracts

Standard payment terms: 50% deposit on contract signing, balance within 14 days of the show. Travel and accommodation per agreed rider. Cancellation by promoter: full fee owed if cancelled within 14 days of the event date. Cancellation by Evixtion: full refund of deposit plus, where applicable, replacement artist.

3. Demo submissions

By submitting a demo you confirm that you own the rights to the music and grant Evixtion Recordings a non-exclusive evaluation license. Submission does not create a release agreement; any actual signing requires a separate label deal.

4. Artist accounts

Artists invited to the roster get a self-service account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend accounts for abuse, false information, or breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All branding ("Evixtion", "Hardwave Studios", logos, copy on this site) is owned by Hardwave Studios. Artist names, music, and likenesses remain the property of the respective artists. Re-use requires written permission.

6. Newsletter

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email or by emailing hello@evixtion.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Hardwave Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or services. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
